Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Massage Therapy: Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and reflexology, tailored tthe client's needs.
• Body Scrubs: Administer various body scrub treatments using natural and organic products texfoliate, cleanse, and rejuvenate the skin.
• Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations tunderstand client needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Treatment Customization: Customize treatments based on client feedback and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable products and treatments tclients based on their skin type and concerns.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Client Comfort: Maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, including client preferences and any special considerations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients tencourage repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Massage Therapist with a specialization in body treatments e.g., body scrubs, wraps.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a spa.

Skills:

• Proficiency in various massage techniques and body scrub treatments.
• Strong understanding of skin types and appropriate products for each.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability tperform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and applying pressure during massages.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment tmaintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional spa treatments such as facials, body wraps, or hydrotherapy.
