Ran Domain Manager

Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment & services to mobile & fixed network operators. We are seeking a RAN Domain Manager to join our Customer Support NTO, RAN, OSS and Transport team in the Middle East and Africa region.

**Job Description**

As a RAN Domain Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 engineers who specialize in RAN Competence. You will oversee RAN Portfolio and service readiness, ensuring the team is prepared to deliver ENI and NWS services. You will also track and monitor Domain Performance, work with stakeholders to drive improvements, and manage escalation situations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support Portfolio Readiness: ensure team readiness to deliver ENI and NWS services

Operational Performance: track and monitor Domain Performance and work with stakeholders to drive improvements

Competence Management: ensure plans are in place for all RAN resources aligned with current and future support demands

Escalation Management: manage emergency/crisis situations and ensure Domain Head is kept up to date

Serviceability: work with BA to drive serviceability in RAN and capture improvement areas

Innovation and Automation: promote a culture of innovation and encourage new ideas and process improvements

Inter-working with other Service Lines: work with OCC and IPCC teams to handle day-to-day work

Retaining and Attracting Talent: attract and retain top RAN engineers and provide a supportive environment

Demand Forecasting: provide hours required from each leg of Support to maintain the right team size

**Requirements**

Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience

Min years of experience: 10

Domain experience: RAN experience is a bonus, Program Management or Transformation Management experience is a plus

Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy

Knowledge of the sales process

Customer and market insight

Excellent Social and communication skills

Financial acumen and skills

Formulating strategies and concepts

Adhering to principles and values
