JOB SUMMARY

Achieving Zamara's ambitious strategic priorities will be complex and challenging. Its continued success will be dependent on building and retaining a world-class team.The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting numerous strategic marketing initiatives for Zamara retail products.Experience and personal qualitiesThe following experience is preferred:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing.Good knowledge of marketing and CRM SoftwareGood knowledge of Zamara retail solutions and products.Business AcumenRelationship building & networking skills.Excellent oral & written communication skills.The following personal qualities are preferred:AssertiveCreativeAbility to manage expectations.Self-awarenessResilientInterpersonal relationshipProblem Solving

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy, Research & AnalyticsConduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of Zamara Retail products and the target audience.Develop and implement holistic marketing strategy.Oversee customer experience, including but not limited to monitoring customer complaints and following through to ensure the issue has been resolved.Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies and creative artists as per the need.Lead GenerationManaging all aspects of marketing funnel.Pipeline management.Digital Marketing & AdvertisingContent management on digital channels; creating engaging and informative content for the website blog, social media and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.Support the team to develop, plan and implement effective marketing calendar and campaigns.Develop, implement and measure advertising spend.Content, Communications & EventsSupport the team to produce creative content for all marketing collateral and assist in editorial section.Conceptualize, plan and organise key customer facing events.Assist with the setup, facilitation and execution of internal and external events.Liaise with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during events to ensure everything is in order.Help in sourcing branded merchandise that will be used in different marketing initiatives.
