ABOUT THE COMPANY

Roam was founded in 2017 just as electric mobility was taking off, when electric cars were just arriving on our streets. Roam vision is to make electric transport more accessible to a broader market by making the technology more cost efficient and simplifying deployment. The company focuses on all-electric conversion kits for fleet vehicles such as light trucks, public transport and buses, as well as electric motorcycles and energy systems.

JOB SUMMARY

QualificationsRelevant bachelors' degree or DiplomaMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business developmentExperience working in the electric mobility, renewable energy or automotive industry will be an added advantageExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong Interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure timely response & attendance to all Electric Motorcycle inquiries and quotations while adhering to internal pricing & process guidelines.Make field visits to understand client needs, advise on the solar system scope, and generate quotes.Generate sales through sales activities such as cold calling, client meetings, responding to customer inquiries, prospecting new customers, attending workshops, and networking events to forge lasting customer relationships.Conduct market research, carry out customer segmentation, identify new trends and keep knowledge of the competitor`s status.Ensure timely response & attendance to all Solar system inquiries and quotations while adhering to internal pricing & process guidelines.Report on the progress of planned activities and assist with the identification of potential risks and issues.Resolve and manage risks, implementation obstacles, and partner relationship issues as they arise.Enter and regularly update correct and accurate customer details and information on the Sales CRM system.Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to discuss with the sales operations manager to help the management make informed decisions and appraise performance.Communicate after-sales support to potential and existing customers.Follow up on current customers on their maintenance and support needs and ensure timely delivery of the same.Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates fostering customer loyalty and generates after-sales revenue.Diplomatically handle customer complaints whilst maintaining and guarding the company's reputation.Be a brand Ambassador and conduct themselves to the same standards
