Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests in a 4-star hotel? We are looking for a Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest services.
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Manage the front office budget to meet financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in front office management in a 4 to 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software like Opera PMS is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
