Summary:

We are in search of a talented individual to join us as the HR Shared Services Partner (Total Rewards) to lead the delivery of proactive and employee-centered HR services throughout HF Group.

The main responsibilities will include implementing the HF Group Total Rewards philosophy and compensation strategy to attract, retain, and develop the right talent, oversee all aspects of HR operations, manage employee records, and promote employee wellness initiatives.

The ideal candidate will utilize cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance HR services, leverage analytics for efficient employee data management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Roles, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the people strategy.
  • Develop and implement programs, policies, and infrastructure to support Compensation & Benefits and Operations strategies.
  • Manage employee-related costs, review budgets, and ensure cost-effective HR initiatives and a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing, conduct benefits and salary surveys, and maintain competitive salary scales.
  • Supervise transactional HR shared services activities and ensure effective execution.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes for HR operational systems and processes.
  • Act as an internal consultant on policies and procedures, support change management initiatives.
  • Ensure data collection, processing, and analysis comply with legal requirements and improve performance insight.
  • Analyze and enhance staffing reporting, turnover reporting, and other metrics.

Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Reward and HR services.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Business or Finance degree and HR professional registration.
  • Post-Graduate certificate in Reward Management.
