Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a friendly and courteous representative to join our hotel team as a front desk professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and offer assistance upon arrival and departure.
  • Coordinate with the valet, bell desk, and reception to ensure a smooth guest flow.
  • Maintain the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety at all times.
  • Provide guests with directions and local area information, responding to basic inquiries.
  • Monitor guest arrival patterns and assist with managing traffic at the front drive.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and physical ability to stand for long periods.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a commitment to guest service.
