Global Automation Specialist

Duties and Accountabilities:
- Develop automation solutions for MS Office reports using Microsoft Copilot.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks, enabling real-time updates and data visualization.
- Develop dynamic templates for recurring reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of automated solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Selection Criteria:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree level program.
- Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience.
- Proven experience in automating MS Office reports using Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
