Human Resource Manager Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to support and manage the company's HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of labor laws and regulations, and a hands-on approach to people management in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Administration:
    • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (contracts, leave, appraisals, etc.)
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policy
    • Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain the HRMIS system
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
    • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and source qualified talent
    • Ensure new hires have a smooth orientation and integration into the organization
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly
    • Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
    • Act as the link between management and staff on all HR matters
  • Performance Management:
    • Facilitate performance appraisals and ensure timely reviews
    • Track performance indicators and support managers in creating performance improvement plans
    • Support staff development and career growth through coaching and feedback
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs through performance appraisals and department feedback
    • Organize internal and external training programs
    • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
    • Review and update HR policies in line with current laws and organizational needs
    • Handle disciplinary processes and terminations in line with HR best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or service industry
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high levels of integrity
    • Proficiency in HRMIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and independently manage HR processes
