We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a High-Value Sales Executive. As a key member of our luxury real estate division, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and closing high-value property sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their investment goals.
- Sales Negotiation and Closure: Effectively negotiate and close high-value property sales, ensuring seamless transactions and exceeding client expectations.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate, high-value investments, or private banking sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Credentials and Education: A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related fields, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital lead management tools.
- Linguistic Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
