About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing financial and procurement management systems, including operating accounting software, cash books, cash transfers, and different purchasing systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparation of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide insightful information to senior executives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local financial regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain accounting controls and monitor financial security.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Degree or diploma in Business Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and diplomacy when interacting with clients.
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure and independently.
