Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Human Resource Assistant at Orchid HR, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our human resources department. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing administrative support to the human resources department, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Preparing and distributing HR-related communications and reports.
  • Coordinating and scheduling training and development activities for employees.
  • Assisting with performance evaluation and employee engagement programs.
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.


Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resource role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred.
