About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our recruitment team to source and select top talent for our clients' businesses. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and onboard the best candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening CVs and applications.
  • Schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screens.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of candidate activity.
  • Conduct background checks where required.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
