**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at Divine Caterers Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks:**

  • Daily inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Raw material inspection and verification.
  • Maintenance of staff personal hygiene records.
  • Effective complaint management and resolution.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a traceability system.
  • New staff member training and staff file updates.
  • Compliance with food hygiene and sanitation SOPs.
  • Pest management program implementation and record-keeping.
  • Collaboration with the maintenance team for maintenance tasks.
  • Microbiological result review and follow-up.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Data compilation for documentation purposes.
  • SOP updates for quality control.
  • Collaboration with the production team.
  • Departmental training participation.
  • Product quality procedure development.
  • Customer, government, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
