Visual Content Creator

We are looking for a talented and motivated Visual Content Creator to join our team at Shortlist. As a key member of our design and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and communication goals.

This role is ideal for a creative individual who can produce engaging graphics and video content that meets company standards and requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in meeting project deadlines without compromising quality.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Junior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). You will also possess a strong eye for design, color, and detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Visual Content Creator at Shortlist, you will play a key role in assisting with the creation of high-quality visual assets for various marketing and branding initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include designing engaging graphics for both digital and print platforms, editing and producing high-quality video content, and collaborating with the design and marketing team to create visual concepts that meet company standards and requirements.

You will work closely with the design and marketing team to develop and execute design strategies that improve user engagement and brand awareness. Your ability to think creatively and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques will be essential in driving the success of our brand.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate your ideas and vision to stakeholders.
