The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the front office team, including front desk agents, concierge, and guest services staff
- Overseeing the reservation department to ensure accurate and efficient handling of room reservations, group bookings, and guest inquiries
- Implementing strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy levels
- Managing the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
