We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to lead our events team and ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full end-to-end events planning, managing event subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring proper coordination and relationship management of the entire events process.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
• Develop and execute full communications plans for each event.
• Manage and maintain partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of events.
• Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event requirements.
• Develop and manage events reports and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
