Job Title: Strategic Partnership Specialist

About the Role

To develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, driving revenue growth and retention. This involves proactively engaging with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.


This role requires:
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement, monitoring client health status and usage patterns to mitigate issues.
  • Effective relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identification of new sales opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • A thorough understanding of competitors' landscapes to stay ahead in the market.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to reducing churn by identifying and addressing potential issues early on.
  • Maintain high achievement in quality critical matrices through effective customer request management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and issues to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide early identification of churn risk to mitigate potential client dissatisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to effectively manage retention tasks.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to address client concerns.
  • Create actionable insights for business and market intelligence to inform product development and communication strategies.
Requirements

  • Relevant Business or Communications degree
  • Professional Certification
  • - 5 years – Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service
