Emerge Egress Consulting is a professional service provider specializing in human resources management and training consulting. We help organizations in Kenya achieve their objectives through expert recruitment, business strategy, and training solutions.

We are looking for a Dispute Resolution Expert to join our litigation department in Nairobi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving disputes between clients and adversaries through expert advice and representation in court proceedings.

About the Role

  • Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, precedents, and case law to build strong cases for clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in court hearings, motions, and trial proceedings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve success in high-value litigation cases.

Key Requirements

  • Two (2) years post-admission experience in a busy law firm.
  • An upper 2nd Bachelor's of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • A valid practicing certificate.
