CCTV Surveillance Specialist

At Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Surveillance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring all systems within the security control room, ensuring compliance with security operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with service providers and internal departments to ensure the appropriate use of security systems.

• Maintain/preserve all evidential records and witness statements to the standards acceptable in the rules of evidence.
• Record all events and actions taken in a clear, sequential, legible, and accurate manner in the occurrence book.
• Provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone service while handling enquiries.

The CCTV Surveillance Specialist will also be responsible for reporting equipment failure to the security shift in charge to maximize operations of the system, working closely with the duty manager on security surveillance, and maintaining a secure system for providing data in accordance with laid down procedures.
