Data Driven Impact Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Intern to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, monitoring, and database management processes.

• Support the review of sampled standardized monitoring forms from National offices.
• Collaborate with Field Offices to create and collate Annual outcome and reach data.
• Analyze, aggregate, and synthesize impact, monitoring, and evaluation data across the Field Offices.
• Support the review of sustainability and Transition plans.
• Review assessment, baseline, and evaluation design documents and related reports.
• Support Field Offices in utilizing online data collection and management tools.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas.

• Manage monitoring and evaluation systems to generate timely information and feedback.
• Review sampled programme impact reports across the Field Offices.
• Conduct Data Quality Assessment with Field Offices.
• Support programme level monitoring, support visits, and data verification.

• Support Monitoring and Evaluation capacity building initiatives for compliance and alignment.
• Coordinate training on the new OIOS monitoring system to Field Offices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate faith in work and programming.
• Experience working in community contexts, including multicultural, multidenominational, and fragile environments.
