**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a skilled Presales Executive to join our team.

Our organization requires an individual with excellent technical and commercial skills to support business growth by designing proposals, conducting research, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The role involves collaborating closely with design and sales teams and engaging with clients to understand their needs and offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, verifying, and approving Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Developing and preparing detailed commercial proposals for security system projects.
  • Creating customized technical and commercial bids for tenders and client-specific requirements.
  • P Presenting proposed security solutions to clients, clearly explaining technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Conducting in-depth research to understand potential client needs, industry trends, and competition.
  • Attending client meetings and actively participating in site visits and system demonstrations.
  • Working closely with design, project, and technical teams to ensure alignment in the solutions offered.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Sales/Marketing Professional courses will be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in electronic security or IT solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Ideal Candidate:** A self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure. Experience in electronic security solutions such as Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Intrusion Detection, and Building Management Systems is a plus.
