About the Role:

This Territory Manager position is responsible for leading business operations across multiple territories, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership to inspire teams and drive business outcomes.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion:

• Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets, enter new markets, and introduce innovative products.

Partnership Management:

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, distributors, and suppliers.

Distribution & Inventory Management:

• Optimize distribution networks and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless product delivery.

Customer Satisfaction & Team Development:

• Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, mentor teams, and promote professional growth.

Financial Performance:

• Ensure profitability targets are achieved while managing costs efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PA system sales, with at least 2 years in leadership roles managing multiple territories.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (desired).
• Proven leadership, sales strategy, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
