Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to oversee business operations across multiple territories, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations, ensure smooth day-to-day execution, and drive long-term strategic goals.
  • Develop strategies to meet sales targets, expand into new markets, and collaborate on new product introductions.
  • Build relationships with system integrators, distributors, and suppliers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Optimize distribution networks, manage inventory, and ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Lead customer satisfaction efforts, mentor teams, and foster growth.
  • Ensure profitability targets are met and manage costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in PA system sales, with 2 years in leadership managing multiple territories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, sales strategy, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
