We are seeking a skilled Events Planner to join one of our esteemed clients in Nairobi. This role involves comprehensive Events Management to fulfill the requirements of both corporate and individual clients. The ideal candidate must stay updated with the latest trends and industry standards.

• Develop and implement event concepts and themes.
• Create event budgets, quotations, and process invoices efficiently.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of the event.
• Manage event setup, teardown, and cleanup procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting attendees.
• Prepare detailed post-event reports assessing event effectiveness.
• C coordinate and execute various events such as corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and special occasions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications in event planning or related fields are beneficial.
