Senior Network Defender

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing security systems to protect computer networks from cyber-attacks.

This role performs presales activities, including client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, client presentations, assessments, demos, project implementation, and support activities.

The Cybersecurity Specialist will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.

• Conducts presentations within the customer's organization.
• Expected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
• Carry out client engagement to understand requirements and provide solution designs based on this.
• Carry out Demos and PoCs for different solutions based on client requirements.
• Work with the sales team on responses to clients, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Take the lead on project Implementation and support activities working with the rest of the team.
• Performs any other related task as required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
• Vendor certification is mandatory.
• Expert Level Certifications from Cybersecurity vendors, including Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are advantageous.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in carrying out client presentations.
• Experience in Security Architecture.
• Experience in presales, including working with clients on requirements gathering, solution design, and working on responses, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Experience in technical support to clients.
• Experience in configuring/managing security controls, such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots, and other security tools.
