Job Overview:
We're looking for a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Expert to join our team at JobsWeber. As an SEO expert, you'll play a critical role in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URL structures to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness to ensure a seamless user experience and drive conversions.
  • Create and oversee content strategies that align with SEO goals, including blog posts and landing pages to engage users and drive referrals.
  • Build and manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and drive referral traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content writers, and marketing teams, to implement SEO best practices across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure our website remains competitive and drives results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in the job portal or recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices to drive results and improve search rankings.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) to create engaging content and optimize website performance.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO to optimize website performance and drive conversions.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in local SEO and technical SEO to drive regional and international traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Knowledge of PPC and social media marketing to diversify our online presence and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) to demonstrate expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
