Collections Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our collections function, you'll be responsible for minimizing forward roll rates and increasing recoveries on non-performing loans.

Your primary goal will be to retain customers through effective education and rehabilitation strategies. You'll handle customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses within agreed service times and quality standards.
