The Business Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our hospital's business performance. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that promote operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring efficient service delivery, and spearheading strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business operations, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- CHRP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
