We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations;">
  • Managing orders, making accurate physical and system recordings, and relaying information immediately to the factory for processing;">
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and proper maintenance of the POS, taking note of payments and debts;">
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of KRA Stamps and management of the same;">
  • Issuing ETR Receipts for every purchase with KRA Stamps;">
  • Ensuring all deliveries are accompanied by an invoice or receipt;">
  • Maintaining well-groomed and clean appearance;">
  • Reporting concerns or complaints raised by clients to the Managing Director;">
  • Assisting the team in the production process when called upon to ensure smooth flow and avoid delays;">
  • Maintaining accessible and organized supplier, customer, and vendor files;">
  • Processing payments, reviewing expenditure, contracts, and administrative budgets;">
  • Communicating budget variances;">
  • Financial data input and reconciliations using accounting software;">
  • Contacting clients and sending reminders for timely payments;">
  • Administering and reconciling petty cash;">
  • Overseeing office supplies, ordering, inventory management, and examining expenses submitted by employees;">
  • Supervising administrative staff and distributing responsibilities;">
  • Participating in tender preparation and keeping government certification annual renewals up to date.">
