Job Title: Lead - Linux System Administration

About the Role:
This critical support role involves managing the stability, scalability, and security of PST's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Admin Lead to develop and implement strategies for improving IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless continuity in team operations. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the IT Admin Lead.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Linux-based systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance* Develop and implement advanced automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages* Conduct Large Language Model (LLM) hosting, systems administration, and troubleshooting* Collaborate with the IT Admin Lead to develop and implement strategies for improving IT infrastructure* Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Linux Administrator* At least 1 year of experience as a team lead (Leadership experience)*
