Food & Beverage Cost Control Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Food & Beverage Cost Control Specialist to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Cost Control Specialist, you will assist in monitoring and analyzing cost control accounts, prepare reports for senior management, and investigate discrepancies or variances.

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing cost control accounts and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Review daily cost reports and investigate discrepancies or variances.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and control costs within their respective areas.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions, and monitoring purchasing activities to ensure adherence to purchasing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, procurement or CPA Intermediate, and 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment. Additionally, you should have sound knowledge in accounting software, Ms Excel Proficiency, and excellent analytical skills.
