
Office Support Associate

Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments, optimizing schedules and workflows
- Manage incoming calls, respond to messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Process customer payments and issue receipts
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and collaborate with suppliers
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized
- Procure necessary parts and materials
- Support with financial processes, including invoicing and bookkeeping
- Monitor and control stock levels of office supplies
- Handle email correspondence, forwarding it to the right staff members
- Enter customer information and other data into the company's computer system
- Compile reports on customer interactions, appointments, and other data
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
