Job Description:

The Front Office Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operation of Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Main Tasks:

  • Greet and serve customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments, both in person and over the phone
  • Manage phone calls, taking messages and directing them to the relevant personnel
  • Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and filing
  • Process customer payments and provide receipts
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress and interact with suppliers
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization
  • Source and purchase necessary parts
  • Support with invoicing and accounting processes
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies

  • Generate reports on customer interactions, appointments, and other data
