Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our facilities, ensuring that all buildings and equipment are in good working order. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend its lifespan.
  • Inspecting and repairing physical structures within the compound, including roofs, walls, floors, and doors.
  • Carrying out simple repairs to water pipes and taps, as well as painting and cleaning surfaces as needed.
  • Providing grounds keeping services, such as landscaping, mowing lawns, and cleaning roof gutters.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
