Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate head chef to join our team as the Executive Chef Prodigy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative menus, leading kitchen teams, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and curating menus that showcase creativity and variety while ensuring the quality of our dishes.
• Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment at all times.
• Creating and implementing new recipes and culinary techniques, staying informed about the latest trends and incorporating them into our menu offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills, with expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
