Job Overview
Culinary excellence is at the forefront of our kitchen operations, and we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. As the chief culinary officer, you will be responsible for developing innovative menus that showcase your creativity and passion for food.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement menus that meet the highest quality standards, considering dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Direct the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, overseeing equipment maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.


Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Extensive experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff.
  • A deep understanding of menu engineering and pricing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to stay current with culinary trends and industry developments.
