Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
  3. Manage cash flow and forecasting, including banking relationships and liquidity planning.
  4. Perform regular bank reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with the treasury team to optimize cash flow management.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accounting and treasury functions.
  7. Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and professional development support.
  8. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  9. Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll tax filings.
  10. Prepare audit schedules and assist external auditors during annual audits.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulations
