Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accountant to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring robust financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance department operations, including payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and statutory deductions.
* Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing data to present insights for strategic planning, cost management, and budgeting.
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to ensure integrity and efficiency, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
* Lead procurement functions, supplier management, and store operations, optimizing material usage and reducing variances.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, with CPA (K) or ACCA qualification required.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, at least 2 of which should be in a senior position.
* Demonstrated experience in QuickBooks and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, proven ability to implement and manage finance and procurement systems.
