Job Title: Global Humanitarian Evaluation ExpertThis role will support the evaluation of L3 responses within the humanitarian portfolio of the Evaluation Office. Key responsibilities include managing individual evaluations and thematic evaluations, providing technical support to regional and country offices, and representing UNICEF in inter-agency humanitarian evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and provide oversight of individual humanitarian evaluations and thematic evaluations.
- Provide technical support to regional and country offices undertaking L2 and L1 humanitarian evaluations.
- Represent UNICEF in inter-agency humanitarian evaluations and provide feedback on specific evaluation outputs.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- An advanced university degree in a social science, public policy, international affairs, or a related field.
- A minimum of eight years of professional experience in humanitarian evaluation, including knowledge of inter-agency evaluations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace on multiple evaluations within a continuously evolving portfolio.
