Job Overview:
Aminika Manpower Limited is seeking an experienced Accounting Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

About the Role:
The Accounting Director will assume overall responsibility for the accounting function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will lead the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance team in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective cash flow management
* Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop financial plans to support growth initiatives
* Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
* Proven experience handling large-scale financial transactions and managing complex financial systems
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in TALLY/SAP/ERP Online and excellent Excel skills
