Job Description: Assist the Head of Finance in managing Accounts Receivables Team, with a focus on accounting, time management, and integrity. Key tasks include posting invoices, managing customer statements, and conducting monthly reconciliations.

Post daily invoices for vegetables and flowers on the system.
Open new customer accounts in the system and QuickBooks.
Send customer statements weekly.
Submit aged debtor analysis to the finance Director.
Post receipts, payments, and foreign exchange transactions accurately.
Invoicing vegetables and flowers sold to Forest Gate EPZ on time.
Refund receipts to AAA Growers on time.
Conduct monthly reconciliations and submit to the Finance Director.
Assist in managing accounting team and delegating duties.
Assist in annual and KRA audits.
Develop departmental SOPs and approval matrices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA certification.
5-8 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
Experience in managing accounting teams.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
Experience with financial audits (KRA audits, annual audits).
High moral standing with impeccable integrity.
Excellent leadership skills and management skills.
Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and team player facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
