Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign strategy and execution for multiple clients. As part of our Paid Media team, you will help drive customers' growth through data-driven campaign strategies that deliver tangible business results.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing management, with a proven track record of turning business objectives into marketing strategies. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather multiple skills to launch integrated marketing campaigns, and stay up-to-date with platform updates.

  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other paid channels based on client business objectives, media plans, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular reporting by creating weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key activities, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns by identifying and resolving campaign delivery issues, targeting parameters, or performance fluctuations quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay current with platform updates by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new features, best practices, and algorithm changes across all advertising platforms.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of our customers' businesses by deeply understanding how their products work, analyzing competition and market trends, and understanding purchase behavior to drive excellent campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing management.
  • Proven track record of turning business objectives into marketing strategies.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta certifications.
  • Ability to pull cross-channel campaign reports using Google Analytics 4 or Mobile Attribution tools.
