SWATX is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Campaign Manager to drive marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Assist in creating campaign materials, including digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute all campaign elements on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reports to track campaign progress and performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
