Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. This includes maintaining a talent pipeline, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, conducting employee orientation, and providing ongoing support to employees.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and standards.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR is preferred.
