Marketing and Visual Communications Specialist

The role involves creating digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive traffic. You will develop strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) to showcase the company's offerings and build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Create engaging content aligned with business objectives and real estate trends. Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement email marketing campaigns and manage newsletters and automation tools. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with ongoing property listings and promotions.

Graphic Design:

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital and print, including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, presentations, and branding materials. Ensure consistency of visual branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Edit video content for social media and promotional use where necessary. Create layouts for marketing campaigns and real estate project launches.
  • Support the team with any internal or external design requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate, agency, or property marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms (Mailchimp/Zoho), and SEO basics.
  • Experience running and managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Ability to write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice per platform.
  • Strong visual storytelling and design layout skills. Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design/marketing projects simultaneously.
