We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team at Emerge Egress Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, processing insurance claims, and performing various administrative duties.

• Verify and process insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Handle billing inquiries, billing processes, and follow up on outstanding bills efficiently.
• Manage appointment scheduling for healthcare providers and coordinate patient appointments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as document preparation, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service skills and handle various forms of correspondences efficiently.
• Welcome patients to the facility with enthusiasm and provide required assistance.
• Update patient information and databases effectively.
• Process requirements for reimbursement with relevant parties.
• Generate receipts and invoices as needed.
• Provide general administrative support.
