Global Humanitarian Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Humanitarian Liaison Specialist to join our team at UNICEF. As a Senior Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in representing UNICEF in the region and providing strategic guidance on internal coordination and representation.
About the Role:
- Represent UNICEF in ESA Regional Office and support intercountry coordination at regional level
- Support coordination with all UNICEF Regional Offices (ESARO, MENARO, WCARO) involved in the Sudan Crisis Response
- Promote SCO programs interest at UNICEF regional level
- Support Office to Office coordination at regional level (i.e. ESARO and South Sudan // WCARO and Chad)
- Participate in UN meetings organized at regional level, in consultation with the Sudan country office, and the two regional offices of ESARO and MENARO
About You:
- You have an advanced university degree in one of the following fields: social sciences, international relations, government and public relations, public or social policy, sociology, social or community development, or another relevant technical field
- You have a minimum of ten years of professional development experience that combines technical and managerial leadership in development cooperation at the international level, some of which served in developing countries
- You are fluent in English
