Key Responsibilities
a) Conducting daily inspections regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all areas
b) Inspection of raw materials at the receiving point
c) Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions of staff
d) Manage and review food complaints effectively.
e) Manage and maintain traceability system established
f) Hygiene training to new staff/establish, keep and update staff training file
g) Ensuring food hygiene and sanitation standard operation procedures are followed
h) Implementation of pest management programs and records
i) Coordinating with the maintenance team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance
j) Review and follow up on microbiological results from the food laboratory
k) Enhance the implementation of ISO 22000:2018 requirements
l) Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation after analysis
m) Reviewing and updating of standard operation procedures related to quality control
n) Work closely with the production team to ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines
o) Participate in all training/learning activities related to the department
p) Help in the development of procedures used to ensure product quality
q) Assist in ensuring compliance with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements

iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
iv. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
v. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
vi. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
vii. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
viii. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
