Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting daily inspections regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all areas, inspecting raw materials at the receiving point, monitoring and checking personal hygiene conditions of staff, managing and reviewing food complaints effectively, managing and maintaining traceability systems established, providing hygiene training to new staff, ensuring food hygiene and sanitation standard operation procedures are followed, implementing pest management programs and records, coordinating with the maintenance team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance, reviewing and following up on microbiological results from the food laboratory, and enhancing the implementation of ISO 22000:2018 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily inspections regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all areas.
  • Inspecting raw materials at the receiving point.
  • Monitoring and checking personal hygiene conditions of staff.
  • Managing and reviewing food complaints effectively.
  • Managing and maintaining traceability systems established.
  • Providing hygiene training to new staff.
  • Ensuring food hygiene and sanitation standard operation procedures are followed.
  • Implementing pest management programs and records.
  • Coordinating with the maintenance team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will need to have excellent organizational and time-management skills, teamwork skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and document management systems. You should also have strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and high level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
